Let me start by saying how much I have missed blogland. 2012 was abysmal for me, but I hope to be back among my fellow blogging buddies more often this year! I've missed you!!!
I had a friend call me the other night & ask me, "How do you keep your faith? You have things so much worse than me, yet you still hold strong to your faith." I told her, "It's simple. I remember what He's brought me through already. And my stubborn side hits too in that I refuse to believe He brought me through all of that before only to have me fail now! Plus, Scripture tells us God CANNOT lie. If every time we see a rainbow we are assured of His promise that He will never again flood the earth, then we can believe every promise He makes. And when do you see a rainbow? Only after a storm!" {smile} Then I reminded her to read the following that I sent her awhile back. Enjoy ~ Merana

Thank you for sharing this faith inspiring post. God doesn't always act in the ways we want Him to but it takes faith to know that He knows best and all things are working together for our good if we love Him. Thank you for exhibiting that faith.
